Homeworking. With regular travel to Bournemouth HQ.
£100,000 Base Salary Uncapped OTE with Bonus

About You:

You need to have experience driving the commercial success of franchisees, partners or enabling the channel to sell. Note: You will not be selling franchises.

You don't need to be from the travel industry as your experience in driving arms-length commercial success will be the key factor for the successful candidate.

A year from now you will have had a great year if you move the needle on these three metrics:

Improve bookings per franchisee per month by 20%
3x repeat bookings
Get the new franchisees to 10 deals in 6 weeks

The Role:

Creating the strategy and company wide sales plan encompassing all departments, such as marketing and trade.

You’ll be leading, supporting and training the business development team who are responsible for coaching the commercial skills of our homeworking travel agents.

These are first time entrepreneurs and you and the team will enable their rapid success. If your team are doing a great job they will be changing lives.

Here is where we see you need experience to kick ass at this role:

Successfully inspiring a business development team – growth to 10 this year and up to 30 3 years from now
Develop a playbook to enable the commercial success of our first-time entrepreneurs such as:

+ Selling skills and sales cadence
+ Customer acquisition skills
+ Teach them how to run a business
+ Business planning – painting by numbers
+ + Ensure the business development team can effectively execute the playbook
+ + Create an online academy so the processes you develop can scale
+ + Become the voice of the business championing sales
+ + Direct marketing to create necessary offers and promotional collateral
