CFO required for this fast moving premium retailer in the East Midlands.

Our client is an extremely fast-growing ambitious PE backed entity with a strong acquisition and sale strategy. As part of the senior leadership team, this role will be instrumental in shaping both the team and strategy to maximise profitability and asset value.

With both a strategic and commercial focus, the CFO will provide the analytical and forecasting tools necessary to provide reporting, analysis, forecasting and insight to the board and stakeholders.

The CFO will have overall control of all areas of finance, tax, systems, whilst maintaining an efficient and effective controls environment and providing insightful management information and KPI reporting. Efficient and effective cash and working capital management and ongoing covenant reporting are paramount together with a firm understanding of debt leverage.

The CFO will be heavily involved in evaluating potential acquisition targets in conjunction with the CEO and leading the subsequent acquisition and integration.

Ultimately, the role will have a long term focus on preparing for and leading an exit in 3-5 years.

The successful candidate will hold a ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification with substantial experience at CFO level and PE experience. Most importantly, experience of taking a business through a sale process including due dilligence.

We need a real team player; someone with a strong emphasis on team engagement and development.

Package will include a base salary up to £180k + bonus + benefits + sweet equity

Candidates should be prepared to be predominantly office based in the Tamworth area.
