Trinity House Group has been appointed by a large Midlands based corporate organisation to recruit a Group Finance Director. Reporting to the CFO and operating as their number 2, this is a pivotal role within the organisation and is seen as the natural successor to the CFO.
The role will lead central finance teams including financial, management reporting, tax, treasury and operational finance and get heavily involved in investor relations, refinancing activities and other group strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Divisional Finance Directors and Managing Directors to drive strategy and deliver against growth targets.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious finance leader with a strong track record operating at Board level, either in a divisional capacity or at Group level. You will have the credibility and gravitas to partner closely with the CFO in leading business growth, change, M&A activity and ultimately a sale process. Inspirational leadership skills are crucial as is the ability to deputise for the CFO when required.
Please get in touch for a confidential discussion. Basic salary, bens and equity package on offer.
