About You
You The role carries a high level of responsibility to transform the Data function and enabling the capture of an increased quantity of data by accelerating the automation of processes. The successful candidate should demonstrate a high level of motivation and proactivity, resilience when handling multiple priorities, composure and professionalism in resolving issues with colleagues and clients from various knowledge backgrounds, as well as a deep understanding in the relationship between Data and out clients business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Role description:
The Data CTO will work alongside and report to directly to the Chief Data Officer. He will be coordinating the team of data engineers and set the priority for automation. He will also work with the Product team to make sure that the data can generate new products and maintain the existing ones.
Client Value
• Maintain Relationship with all market players to maintain the deep understanding of market segment and accompany market evolution
• Direct engagement with data vendors
• Engage with clients alongside the market facing teams Data Quality Guarantee
• Determining quality control standards and KPIs for overall data within markets o Strategy and Prioritization of data ingestion
• Detailed process documents for each process and task to ensure consistency and data quality
• Responsible to ensuring the creation of KPI dashboards to monitor coverage, completeness, timeliness, and usage metrics Project Management
• Initiate, implement and manage data projects on coverage and data expansion
Training & Support
• Provide segment-related training to staff when needed
• Provide support to stakeholders on any automation relevant inquiries regarding the segment
Skills & Experience
Location: London, New York, Hong Kong
Education/ Qualification:
Excellent spoken and written English (CEFR C1/C2);
Character
Experience using MS Excel to create reports/analysis
Experience using SQL, Python or other data science tool

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- 10+ years of experience in a data related role
Excellent spoken and written English (CEFR C1/C2);
