- Lead on Engineering, Construction and commissioning for the Owner.
- Responsible for the professional project implementation (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, and zero claims).
- Provided leadership to EPC contractor team where lacking
- Achieve/exceed Targeted Profitability
- Approving HSE documentation and overviewing Project Quality
- Setting-up and implementing measures for increased team efficiency.
- Technical responsibility of the projects (document review and approval).
- Preparing the monthly management reports.
- Quality Management and coordination.
- Responsible for ensure good relations, clear communications and win win mindset in place with all stakeholders.
Experience / Qualifications
- Electrical/Mechanical/Civil background
- Proven track record of 5+ years of solar project management experience on large projects above 100MW
- In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code, solar permitting, and other system regulatory codes.
- Experience in full P&L and managing budgets
- Good technical knowledge in Solar / Renewable Energies
- Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability
