Head of Software Engineering - Fintech - Start Up

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced technical leader to join a Fintech start up situated in London with the ability to work fully remote. You will be responsible and take full ownership of everything technical ranging from the product architecture, roadmap to the team and culture.

Expanding the product through new features, integration and APIs will be at the top of your agenda.

The successful Head of Software Engineering should come with a strong technical pedigree with the ability to lead a team of engineers, conduct code reviews, be heavily involved in architecture and technical strategy, but also have excellent client/stakeholder level communication skills.
