Robert Walters is working in partnership with a market leading 3PL specialist. They are industry leaders in providing an array of services across distribution, manufacturing and warehousing. They embrace modern edge technology across WMS, IT infrastructure and leading edge satellite tracking systems to provide an unique unmatched customer experience. Due to significant investment across group and a series of large-scale acquisitions, they are now expanding their technology offering.

As such, they are keen to appoint an experienced Group Information Security and Risk Director, paying a salary range up to GBP140,000 to GBP160,000 plus car, bonus and an extensive benefits package.

As Group Information Security and Risk Director, will report into the Group CIO, working closely with C-Level across; CFO, CISO and senior IT leadership team. You will implement and run the groups IT/InfoSec function. Including, reporting on legal, regulatory and cyber security risk to information assets. Your leadership will require you to work with executive management to determine the InfoSec strategy and establish a security programme.

Group Information Security and Risk Director - Responsibilities

• Establish and lead InfoSec function across group
• Implement a security governance structure
• Upkeep of the InfoSec program
• Develop/Approve implementation of security policies
• Application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services
• Business continuity management - Risk, Compliance
• Support the CIO and senior IT Leadership team to develop security vision and strategy
• Support customer risk assessments
• Work closely with DPO and third-party consultants to ensure Data Privacy
• Lead response to incidents to help protect IT assets, data and reputation
• Monitor external threat environments and advise exec stakeholders

Desired but not essential: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC

The permanent opportunity for a Group Information Security and Risk Director will pay a salary range of GBP140,000 to GBP160,000 plus car, bonus and an extensive benefits package..
