Head of Development Services - Higher Education - Contract - Inside IR35 - £550/day

A well known Higher Education client are looking for a Head of Development Services to join them on a 3-6 month contract to replace the current incumbent who is taking some time out from work. The client has a legacy environment that needs a maturity/capability assessment to help the client understand the particular problems and drill down into the high level assessment to create a catalog of capabilities.
The individual will need to build the trust of the team to gain access to information/pain points across the division, and conduct line management of around 15 individuals split across bespoke development. Business Intelligence and tech support teams. After 3/6 months, the client would like the capabilities to be identified, described and assessed across people, processes and tools with an understanding of what skills they lack.
Required Skills/Experience
This role provides a unique opportunity to join a fantastic programme that will be both innovative and forward thinking, and drive technology change for the Higher Education client. The role is a hybrid one, with expectancy to be in the office 2/3 days a week.
