Programme Manager - Post Merger Integration - Financial Services
Our Leeds based Financial Services client have an exciting opportunity to join their business to lead a post merger business integration of a smaller insurance business (IT & People), following the acquisition by the client.
Up to GBP85,000 + Benefits
Remote Based, but with travel to client sites in the North/Midlands 1-2 days every couple of months for collaboration days (all travel paid by the client).
The client require an experienced Programme Manager from the Financial Services industry to lead the integration of a smaller insurance business, involving technology (systems, migrations, platforms), Business (processes, buildings) and people (ways of working, HR) integrations into the parent group.
This person will have a proven track record of delivering both major IT and Business Change programmes in their recent career, and will ideally have experience of delivering programmes in the M&A, post-merger integration, or business integration space.
The client have huge growth plans for the next few years that will be achieved through multiple company acquisitions and mergers. Following the completion of this integration programme, this Programme Manager will move onto leading additional end to end integrations of the newly acquired businesses into the client's group.
Experience required:
- Extensive and broad Programme Management experience
- Strong Financial Services experience (essential), ideally with some experience of Insurance
- Proven track record of successfully delivering both Business Change and IT programmes
- Ideally with experience of leading M&A/Post Merger integration/Business integration programmes
- Experience of shaping and developing future change strategies and initiatives
- Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to report and present to c-suite stakeholders
