Key Responsibilities of the opportunity:

• To lead and motivate teams across multiple site locations.
• To identify Process Improvements across the business Unit.
• To build strong relationships with external customers.
• To lead a large team of over 1500FTES.
• To ensure sites are following set Health & Safety Guidelines.

Your requirements:

• Experience in leading multi-site operations (ideally within a similar 3pl environment)
• Experience in leading large teams in fast paced Distribution Environments.
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety expectations.
• Confident in managing large P&L budgets.
• Professional Communication Skills.
• Proven track record in identifying and leading Continuous Improvement.
