This is an important appointment and offers the chance to directly affect the Trust’s on-going progress.

Reporting into the Director of Financial Strategy, the Senior Finance Business Partner – Transformation will provide strategic finance leadership across a portfolio of high priority projects, with a focus on Digital change, including the implementation of the Trusts new Electronic Patient Record.  The role will work closely with operational teams to provide strategic finance advice and analysis to help ensure financial value is delivered through the projects. 

The successful candidate will be an intelligent, qualified accountant who has enjoyed a progressive career and has outstanding communication skills, a passion for best practice and high caliber influencing skills.  You will have demonstrable experience of leading on projects of a comparable scale and have the tenacity to deliver them.  We are seeking a diverse field of candidates and are open to applications from the NHS, Public or Commercial sectors with the relevant skills and motivations.
