My client is a leading group within the service industry, due to continued growth and anticipated M&A Activity, they have engaged FRS to assist with the appointment of a FD.
Reporting to the Chairman of this highly EBITDA generative business and working as part of the Main Board, you will be responsible for setting and driving the strategy of this business primarily through organic growth, acquisition and new business ventures.
You will also shape and lead a capable finance team in the delivery of cutting edge and commercially relevant financial data, as well as being the main point of contact for external stakeholders.
This is a newly created position for the Group and as such candidates can be expected to be involved in a complete review of the groups Systems, Process, Controls and KPI's to ensure scaled growth is achievable.
The candidate will be joining this growing organisation at a pivotal stage of their long term plan, and also to lead a high profile sale / exit process and to financially partake in any value-added.
The ideal candidate will be formally qualified with strong PQE, and a proven track record of working within a senior finance position.
This is a highly strategic role and will partner the Chairman with the strategic and financial Planning for the Group, and also lead on M&A Activity which is planned across the next 5 years (both Acquisitions and Disposals).
