The Organisation

Our client is a leading food manufacturer with a portfolio of high quality baked goods, appetizers, soups, biscuits and desserts. The company sells to major food chains.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Company has decided to invest in the construction of an industrial production site to be open in 2023. Therefore, the company wants to have an interim project manager to lead the construction through an assignment of a duration of 18 months starting immediately. 
The project manager will supervise and organize the various phases linked to the design and the execution of the project. It will involve managing the project in the operational development and construction phases (planning, studies, authorizations, budget monitoring) and managing the different service providers.

The Desired Candidate

  • Experienced Project Manager; Prince 2 or equivalent  and can ensure a good governance of the whole project with a variety of subjects (HR, finance, operations,…)
  • A consulting background would be desirable
  • Someone that is well structured and has strong communication skills; able to communicate both on the ground and with leadership in the USA
  • Organized, structured, articulate, with strong sense of execution.
