An independent Lloyd's insurance Broker is currently recruiting for a Finance Director to join its Board and strengthen the senior leadership team within the business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director the successful applicant will be instrumental in the continued success of the business focusing on Year on year revenue and gross profit growth, ensuring the continued performance growth using accepted performance measures, monitoring performance against key operational performance measures agreed with the Board, ensuring strict compliance with all legal, regulatory, and fiscal matters and maximising the potential return of all resources, including systems, communications and personnel.

Applicants must be qualified accountants with extensive experience operating at a senior controllership level within the insurance industry (ideally for a Lloyd's broker), be comfortable managing a small team and capable of sitting on a board.
