My Client, A large contractor is seeking a Interim Head of Strategic Marketing for a 6 month contract
Key deliverables
* To deliver in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer the marketing strategy and plan for the business including research and analysis of customers and segments, setting of marketing objectives, definition of plans strategies and programmes, progress and performance measurement and budget requirements.
To co-lead the development of a new brand messaging and subsequent campaign, working closely with agency partners to develop the messaging and creative approach and translating into an effective campaign to drive brand awareness
Ideal candidate
An experienced senior marketer with strong B2B marketing experience * Extensive experience of strategic marketing in a commercial environment across different business and customer segments, operating well in complex organisations
Evidenced track record in creating marketing strategy
Strong brand, proposition and campaign experience, demonstrable evidence of delivering impactful campaigns that move the needle in brand metrics
Excellent analytical skills, adept at interpreting data, spotting trends, and using to inform strategy
Excellent personal effectiveness, managing and prioritising own workload and department - and delivering on all commitments
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, able to influence and challenge at a senior level * Ability to make things happen and to genuinely deliver at pace
A positive energy, collaborating and connecting with people from across the business
Proactive and output orientated
