Radius is seeking a Head of Engineering for a large growing Datacentre based in London.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £140K
• £6500 Car Allowance
• £3368 Travel Allowance
• 10% None Contribution Pension
• 2.5 x Gross Monthly Salary
• Hybrid Style Working

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic engineering service, maintain operational reliability, and to further develop engineering solutions to meet the current and future needs of our customers with a particular focus on speed to market and energy.
• Be responsible for the strategic operation and the delivery of the Project Management Business Plan. Specifically this encompasses future workload generation, project delivery and Business Management.
• Be responsible for the strategic development of the Engineering and Project Management departments and to ensure high level engineering services support is provided 24/7.
• Provide strategic development and maintenance of the Energy Management strategy and processes across the data centre to ensure environmental and legal compliance, cost reduction and the highest standard of energy management efficiency.
• A degree BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with equivalent combination of technical training plus proven experience / knowledge of construction, design, finance and management.
• Experience in Data Centre construction.
