Survey and interpret our regulatory and broader compliance landscape, both domestically and internationally.

Work with senior managers across the business to establish and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring and training programme, focused on ensuring cross-company understanding and ownership of regulatory risk.

Manage of our regulatory licences both in the UK and internationally in time, including applying for and maintaining new licences.

Manage regulatory oversight, controls, reporting and engagement. Report to senior management, including the Board of Directors, as the risk owner for compliance. Be the ultimate point of escalation for regulatory issues.

Monitor, test and report on the effectiveness of our Compliance Monitoring Plan. Constantly drive for improvement in efficiency and risk management.

Develop talent, including line management of team members.
