Waking up on a Monday, we usually think what needs to be achieved in the next 5 days, in this role you'll be working towards the next 5 years.

Incredible opportunity for someone already operating at Technical Director level, alternatively you could be a Head of Technical, Technical Controller, Divisional Technical Manager etc. The title isn't important, what's important is the level you operate. You must be coming from a multisite role with a focus on the big picture. You'll adopt a very good team of Technical Managers that have the day-to-day covered, they'll still lean on your for advice, support and training but your focus will be on where the business plans to be by 2025 given the aggressive growth plans in place.

There's so much happening in the industry at the moment, a lot which is adding pressure and stress to us all. I'm pleased to say that with this role, one thing you won't have to worry about his the typical bureaucracy and politics that can be found when you operate in the higher levels of an organisation.
