Centre of Expertise and Marketing Capability Manager is a role in Global Consumer Marketing function that will support the Head of Consumer Experience and Marketing Capability with the set up and evolvement of best practice guidelines and standards of consumer marketing and brand management.

Description

The main responsibilities for this Centre of Expertise and Marketing Capability Manager will be:

  • Monitor and share activation best practice within and outside products as input for the setting and evolution of global best practice guidelines and standards of consumer marketing and brand management
  • Create and bring to life personas for global consumer typologies, develop consumer journeys and create best practice playbooks and implementation guidelines
  • Embed effectiveness optimisation opportunities & create capability communication/ training materials and coordinate training and workshops in collaboration with third parties
  • Support Head of Consumer Experience and Marketing Capability with building marketing community and organising Brand Community Meetings and building engagement community to enable collaboration across all brand teams
  • Support Head of Consumer Experience and Marketing Capability with developing omni-channel thinking for light and dark markets

Profile

To be considered for this Centre of Expertise and Marketing Capability Manager position (based in Bristol), you will be/have:

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skill
  • Brand and marketing experience
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Experience of using customer and market insight to drive commercial gain
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Highly collaborative
  • Activation experience
