A global specialist manufacturing business are looking for a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead their team in Manchester.

Client Details

Global manufacturing business with products that are used in households around the world. A company with excellent long-term careers and benefits. The site in Manchester is one of their larger manufacturing facilities.

Description

The Maintenance and Reliability Manager will be responsible for managing the plant maintenance team and budget in line with site strategy. You will ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in line with safety policies. You will coach train and motivate the maintenance team ensuring the highest standards are set and maintained. You Will manager the reliability program and asset stores and infantry process.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have held a Maintenance or Engineering Management role with a food/pharmaceutical/chemical or related manufacturing industry. You will be degree qualified in Chemical/Mechanical or equivalent or related discipline. You will have a strong CI background and have a proven record in improving a Maintenance Engineering function.
