About the Company
A well-known FinTech company who have focused on creating an AI-Driven platform for its clients is now in search of a Finance Lead to join their team. This company has amassed a significant amount of growth over the last few years with the rise of technology, and are keen to continue on their growth trajectory by significantly growing their Finance function. One of the most trusted payments provider, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest FinTech companies in Europe, who have won multiple awards for its outstanding performance.
About the Role
A strong team of seven is already in place to improve and impact decision-making by combining commercial acumen, financial expertise, and data skills. This position will report directly to the CFO and have extensive exposure to the executive team, and will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and development opportunities to the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- ACA/CIMA Big 4 Qualified
- Proven experience managing high-performing teams — we'll be looking for a clear picture of your management style as well as an understanding of your real journey to becoming a great leader.
- You will be able to describe your experience working in a scale-up/high-growth phase.
- Track record in commercial finance/decision support — you'll be able to give examples of how your efforts have directly added value.
- Industry experience is preferred but not essential
