Having undergone rapid growth and continue driving their technology globally and build upon our expert Marketing team. They seek highly experienced Digital Marketing Execs to join them and be part of their next exciting chapter as we prepare to disrupt the metabolic health sector.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build, lead, and develop a Global team of highly talented growth marketers while adding to their authentic, inclusive and performance-driven culture
  • Lead audience-first digital channel strategy, research, and optimisation to fuel global acquisition
  • Influence your domain expertise, test design skills, stakeholder management, creativity to develop a cross channel and full funnel strategy
  • Report to senior management and key stakeholders on acquisitions, challenges, and future strategies
  • Strengthen Nemaura's knowledge of customer pathway to conversion and collaborate with Brand, Creative and Product to enhance pathways aligned with audience strategies
  • Prepare pre-and post-market strategies, develop new measurement methodologies, improve measurement precision and better performance
  • Improve the creative testing process for intended audience and evolve our Paid Digital effort accordingly
  • Manage third party digital agencies and establish methodologies to increase capacity and resourcing
  • Drive innovation by influencing teams across the organisation to push the boundaries of Digital strategy

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of managing Digital marketing programs and strategies ideally for a D2C subscription or eCommerce brandwith an impeccable track record of success
  • 5+ years of hiring, developing, and leading diverse, high-performance teams, with a wide range of different experience levels and skillsets
  • In-depth experience with A/B testing, incremental testing, and advanced measurement techniques and attribution models
  • Innovative experience integrating highly effective acquisition campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies
  • Thorough creative assessment methodology and ability to effectively partner with in-house creative team and leverage creative to improve online/offline performance
  • A passion for helping to shape positive and inclusive team culture, organisational processes, and career development
  • Confidence in conversing across the organisation, with cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management
