Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you must have a clear understanding of how to leverage digital channels and website/app user experience to enable the marketing team to hit agreed business KPIs including revenue

  • You will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to increase awareness of the brand online, building on existing successes; as well as taking the initiative to trial the latest tools and strategies to reach new, potential customers as well as repeat customers.
  • Managing, planning, and overseeing the digital marketing activity delivered by the Digital Project Manager and digital agencies this specialist will ensure best practice and customer insight and data is fuelling decision making.

Profile

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be leading on major projects and help to drive initiatives. You will need to be commercially minded.

  • Developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising our marketing campaigns across all digital channels, at the highest level using best practices.
  • Working as part of a team with Sales and Marketing, supporting marketing and commercial teams and agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Managing and devising strategies to drive traffic through a mix of initiatives and channels
  • Develop, optimise the front-end of the website to improve customer experience - be it journey information or ecommerce performance
  • Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role at a senior level - a minimum of 4 years
  • Experience in managing people and digital marketing agencies to ensure performance is maximised through collaboration and working towards a common goal
  • Excellent knowledge of managing PPC (brand and non-brand), SEO, E-Mail, Display and Affiliate programmes that deliver a minimum ROI
  • Experience of delivering complex website development projects that improve UX and increase conversion rate
