Job Details

The BRM is responsible for the systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of stakeholder relationships in order to target and improve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Working in collaboration with various teams in the business as well as service architecture, vendor management, IT Commercial and providing a single pane of glass for the business to understand and find value in a productive 2-way relationship.

Description

  • Ability to take ownership of complex business and operational challenges and requirements and drive through to completion
  • Ownership of management information relating to core business activities performance and ability to own related action plans
  • Comfortable in front of varying stakeholder communities and ability to operate at all levels of seniorityAble to work autonomously or as part of a team to deliver results for the core business and Technology organisation.
  • Handling incidents\complaints with tact and urgency while managing escalations to senior management
  • Establish and/or approve internal and external policies, standards and processes for business relationship interaction and handoffs
  • Recognize and facilitate service requirements by documenting the desired outcome of a given process, governance, or ways of working
  • Establish and work with the business teams to build Service Level Management and SLA agreement to ensure we align, achieve and challenge where necessary
  • Have a developed appreciation and understanding of the ITIL Lifecyle and Operation processes.
  • Ability to build out relevant processes that support a SIAM model and service management best practice.
  • Work closely with the service architecture team to ensure that strategic direction and pipeline is understood, prioritised, communicated and handed off in a timely fashion

Profile

MUST HAVES

  • You must be able to demonstrate significant experience in business relationship management
  • Experience in working and managing outsourced services
  • Experience driving change and facilitating collaboration and action
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry requirements
  • Proven ability to manage, train and motivate staff
  • Developing, supporting and advocating for a diverse and inclusive workforce and organisation
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Communication of business concepts and needs in technology relevant terms as well as translation of technical concepts into business/nontechnical points
  • Relationship skills that will facilitate positive behaviours, establish healthy new engagements and deepen existing ones
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on managing to business outcomes through collaboration with multiple internal and external parties
  • Facilitating, negotiating and influencing to manage virtual teams of people to reach a consensus.



DESIREABLES
