Divisional Managing Director - Enterprise

To serve and grow their impressive client portfolio, whilst honing their customer-centric approach to ensure they ‘wow’ their customers, Lokulus are now seeking to appoint a Divisional Managing Director - Enterprise to oversee their Enterprise Division.

This is a brand-new role which will report to the CEO and be accountable for creating and executing the Enterprise Strategy with full P&L responsibility and operational management for the division. A broad, transformational and challenging role, it’s accountable for the end-to-end customer experience - from new business generation; to product and engineering design and delivery; customer experience and support; and importantly retention and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a breadth of experience, operating at a senior leadership level within a transformational enterprise software environment. Tech savvy, you’ll have a learn fast mentality, strong change orientation, and an agile and flexible approach to delivering results. This will combine with a track record of delivery in supporting the securement, retention and growth of enterprise scale accounts and the ability to operate across a broad range of stakeholders/levels (including C-suite), building high impact partnerships, delivering tangible benefits, and driving growth.
