Operations Director, growing grab & go chain up to £80,000

Location: London

Salary: up to £80,000

I am working with a growing chain on the high street that are looking for a forward-thinking leader to roll their sleeves up and take charge of this operation. The business is currently founder lead, and we are on the hunt for someone to step in and take the rains. You must have a genuine passion for growing small business's and be ready to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the day to day. Ideally you will have some experience leading an independent business and have some great systems / processes ready to implement.

The Ideal Operations Director:

• Passionate, motivated - excited to motivate and develop a dynamic and pre-established team
• Knowledge and extensive experience of café/ Grab and go / healthy quick service food brands.
• Rational, organised and an analytical thinker - a good balance of the strategic and the practical
• The business is about to undergo huge growth and they are looking for an individual who can help deliver this
• Fantastic financial acumen, ability to cost control and grow sales
• Knowledge of the London food scene is essential
