Morgan McKinley is working with a rapidly expanding PE backed business in Bristol, to recruit a UK Finance Director.

This role will have full end to end FD responsibility including P&L management, Tax, Audit, owning the planning cycle and overseeing consolidations. You will lead and develop an onshore and offshore (SSC) team, play a key role in implementing SAP and take ownership for pulling various systems together to achieve a common set of controls and processes across the UK business.

Managing an ever evolving list of priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment, you will also deliver the audt across various legal entities and manage and influence senior stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will be an energetic and engaging Qualified Accountant. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and systems capability, and be a well rounded Accountant with an understanding of what 'good' looks like, coupled with the ability to get stuck in and lead from the front.
