Our Client are a leading Corporate Finance Expert, who support SME organisations across the UK, specialising in growth funding, buying and selling businesses and supporting clients to understand funding landscapes. About the role
- To identify and develop new M&A business opportunities throughout the Southwest of England while extending existing service stream methodologies
- Driving effective business development and regional growth, while working closely with the CMO, Pillar Heads and Regional Directors on pipeline initiatives
- Leading on strategic projects, contributing to the overall scalability of the organisation
- Making a significant contribution to the success of the Company and operational effectiveness, while championing at least one sector specialism and communicating the true value of the Company's services to potential clients
- Building a strong client portfolio across the Southwest region, while developing external professional and referral networks
- Through demonstrating strong technical leadership and expertise, both internally and externally, grow the regional profile of the M&A team, pioneering a data-driven mindset, incubating innovation and creativity, within a supportive culture
About you
- Relevant experience of at least 5/6 Years + PQE
- Relevant professional qualification preferable (ACA/ACCA)
- Relevant technical and management experience at a similar level/ in a similar role
- Ability to develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements
- Extensive M&A corporate and private equity market knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain clients trust, forming strong long-term working relationships
- Proven experience, selling advisory services whilst developing new M&A business opportunities
