Job Details

As the Sales Specialist - Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for working with the Account Director to increase revenue spend by introducing their cybersecurity product solutions. Working towards a multi-million target and applying traditional methodologies, you will own the opportunity from start to finish, ensuring clients needs are understood and met.

Description

As the Sales Specialist - Cybersecurity, you will:

  • Take a lead role and act as the specialist in selling cybersecurity solutions
  • Seek out the relevant stakeholders for cybersecurity opportunities within the account
  • Work closely with the Account Director to understand the opportunity and work with other colleagues to enhance the revenue opportunities further
  • Engage with the relevant internal and stakeholders at the right times to ensure the opportunity is successful
  • Work towards a multi-pound annual target, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of opportunities to reach and exceed targets
  • Take a personal interest in understanding the latest trends within the cybersecurity space and acting as a subject matter expert for your colleagues and customers

Profile

As the Sales Specialist - Cybersecurity, you will:

  • Have a proven track record selling IT/cybersecurity solutions
  • Ideally of sector knowledge in Manufacturing and/or Utilities
  • Ideally have OT security knowledge
  • Have previously worked towards, and exceeded, multi-million pound targets
  • Have experience working on complex opportunities, typically lower volume but higher value
  • Be well structured and have a clear methodology approach to your opportunities, ideally with some form of training accreditation
  • Be a strong communicator and willingness to work as part of a team to ensure the customer needs are met
  • Work in a hybrid environment and travel as required to clients and their offices in Manchester, Birmingham, London
