Assistant Director, Culture and Inclusion
University of Exeter seeks to create a community where students and staff stand together, learn from one another, and empower each other to challenge discrimination and harassment. As well as having a strong national and international reputation, the University is a major employer in the local area, and takes its responsibilities to all its stakeholder communities seriously.
The University wants to ensure this commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion underpins everything it does – how people plan, operate, interact and communicate at all levels. This new role of Assistant Director, Culture and Inclusion is part of this commitment to change, and the new role will work with students, staff and community partners to support the development and implementation of this vision.
We are keen to speak to people with clear experience of delivering meaningful change in equality, diversity and inclusion, who can work well with all stakeholders and operate effectively with senior leaders, able to communicate powerfully and form impactful coalitions for action.
