Source to Pay GPO

An industry leading business are looking for a Source to Pay GPO to join them at the start of their S4HANA ERP implementation.

This is a newly created role as the business embark upon the next stage in their journey, this involves creating the strategic vision for the S2P processes and deliver on this strategy.

The business requires a hands on, senior Source to Pay GPO who has demonstrable experience of delivering as a functional expert in operations and proven successes in delivering on similar transformations.

A little more information about the role:

• Set the vision and strategic direction for Procure/Source to Pay process and execute the strategy
• Drive the execution of standardisation, automation, process excellence and continuous improvement
• Set targets and measures for process performance and ensures process performance meets critical business requirements
• Drive best practice and a culture of continuous improvement
• Optimise the shared services organisation
• Reviews and provides inputs to corporate policy and procedures
• Accountable for the effectiveness of Procure to Pay end to end processes and for achieving desired KPIs and related business outcomes.
