Our client is an acquisitive, high growth SaaS business that provides work-force management solutions. It is private equity owned with annual sales of £25m. The business is looking to recruit a Finance Director to lead the finance team and take responsibility for date to day financial management. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Candidates should have a recognised accounting qualification, be strong technically and have experience of working in a software environment; previous experience of working in a private equity owned business and exposure to the processes around company acquisition and divestment would be advantageous. The company's ERP system is Sage x3.

Candidates are already likely to be working in a management position within the finance function of a technology led outsource or support services business as a Controller or Head of Finance, or possibly as finance lead at subsidiary or business unit level. The business environment is fast paced and candidates should be comfortable managing change and ambiguity and be independent thinkers and doers.

In addition to the base salary on offer, there is a bonus scheme and an executive benefits package that includes healthcare and participation in a money purchase pension scheme. Equity is also part of the overall compensation package.
