Head of Inhouse Studio (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Head of Inhouse Studio (m/f/d) to establish and refine a newly built Inhouse photo studio.

What you can expect:
Establish and refine a newly built Inhouse fashion photography studio, with insights into the logistical processes, goods in and out with fashion sample rotation experience
Creative production of eCommerce photography, fashion campaigns, still lives and short moving images
Managing a crew of art directors, retouchers, photographers, models and admin team players
Planning, monitoring and adherence to the annual budget as an integral part of the daily work
Create and present meaningful analyses with a strong understanding of the fashion ecommerce landscape - including modern technology latest image production techniques
Planning, monitoring and adherence to the annual budget as an integral part of the daily work
Quality control of images to ensure that through a high understanding of fashion and styling, images are of a high standard
As a creative brand guardian, a further task include asset management, ensuring the assets are used in the correct channels with appropriate usage rights

Your profile:
At least 10 years of professional experience in photo studio management or comparable tasks
Very good business and product knowledge from comparable positions in agencies or studios
High level of intercultural competence, solution-oriented communication skills and willingness to proactively networkwithin and outside the company
Strong analytical and conceptual skills to strategically develop eCommerce product photography
Experience with agile projects in international teams
Understanding of 3D creation and the digital landscape
Reliable organizational skills with affinity for IT, fashion and photography
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is required)
