Element is proud to be partnering alongside an innovative and expanding Bristol client to appoint their new Finance Director. 2021 saw an incredible 50% increase in revenues across the European zone.

This brand has proven itself within the UK/European markets over the last 3 years, establishing a clear competitive edge over others within their field.

This role will be working very closely alongside the CEO to ensure the delivery of an ambitious 5-year plan. You will oversee and lead a pre-existing team of qualified accountants (4 FTE) and have full responsibility for the entire Finance/IT functions (20 FTE).

Accountabilities;

You will be responsible for the management of the Finance/IT function and partnering very closely with the CEO.

Focus areas of the position will include;

• Finance lead on the new 2022 ERP system implementation (SAP)
• Responsibility for training/developing a scalable and high performing finance function
• Management of key business relationships (investors/banks/C-suite)
• Experience operating within an investor backed environment preferrable
