With a differentiated proposition, our client is a B2C/B2B consumer healthcare business operating across various business verticals. PE backed, the business has demonstrated real commercial agility having diversified significantly from their original B2C offering with the introduction of dynamic B2B product and service propositions. With a £250m EV they are about to embark on a significant value creation programme against a two-year exit horizon and seek a creative visionary to drive the growth agenda.

This is the most important addition to the senior team during this investment cycle. A growth catalyst that will bring a fresh insight to the commercial strategy, analysing existing routes to market and bringing commercial creativity to eke out marginal gains, whilst simultaneously focusing on synergistic diversification opportunities that really move the EBITDA dial. This is private equity value creation at its best.

If you cannot demonstrate commercial brilliance resulting in significant value creation in an investor backed entity, then this is not for you. This mandate requires highly creative CCO/CMO types with a track record of breaking new ground across multiple channels and business verticals. It’s all about vision and strategic nous. From sector perspective we’re agnostic as this is all about your skillset.
