Head of Operational Excellence

We have a new opportunity for a Head of Operational Excellence at a PE backed Hospitality and Leisure business.

This organisation has recently grown via acquisition and has 300 people, predominantly UK & Ireland, as well as EMEA.

Scope: Reporting into the CCO 

• Design and lead an operational excellence capability supporting operational areas of the business (property, finance, revenue, sales etc).
• Reduce process waste by 30% via process improvement and/or contact elimination.
• Ensure customer journeys are mappend and aligned to process and capability

End goal – to get processes under control, identified and standardised. Driven through efficiencies and consistently. This is not about headcount reduction.

Preferred background:

• 5+ years' expeirence in operational excellence, business improvement or change improvement leadership position.
• Customer facing insdustry experience; hospitality, leisure, retail, travel for example 
• Six Sigma approach to process and systems
• Change management experience 
• Data driven. using data to define and prioritise opportunitites
• Contact Centre's and newtechnology used

Details:

• Immediate start - 12 months Fixed term contract (FTC)
• Salary ~£80-100k + package
• UK based role, with travel to Bristol
