Due to exciting growth a leading Real Estate Investment firm are looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in preparation for exciting upcoming digital transformation projects. This is the first permanent BA hire for the team, so lots of capacity to define, shape and grow the department and enjoy fast career progression as a result.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Document the organisation's direction, structure, business processes and requirements, translate these into system development, implementation & operational change plans and functional specification
• Assist the business to articulate and decide on prioritisation of requirements delivery
• Managing the relationship with all stakeholders, making sure full management buy-in is achieved
• Assist in the collection and consolidation of required information and data
• Detailing the requirements that enable the desired solution to be developed and tested

Profile

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Prior experience of delivering digital transformation programmes
• Experience performing business analysis, business process modelling and associated documentation and controls i.e. business case development, requirements specification and test plans

• An understanding of Robotic Process Automation tools and methods
• Stakeholder management experience - confidence and gravitas to work with and inspire senior management

Job Offer

£60,000 - £70,000 + excellent bonus, benefits and career progression.
