Non-Executive Director

Requirement 1-2 days per calendar month - including attendance at monthly Board meetings

Salary - £4,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to join a young organisation in a period of transformation. Are you a new or aspiring Board member with much to offer? We are looking for dynamic, creative, forward thinking non-executive directors in the Dorset area to drive our organisation forward.

As the largest Local Authority Trading Company in England, with approximately 1,250 employees and an income in excess of £42m per annum, we are a major social care provider. Our key stakeholders are Dorset Council (DC) and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP).

Tricuro delivers a diverse range of high-quality care that supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs throughout Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. As part of the development of our Board, we are now seeking experienced and talented individuals who bring expertise, energy and a focus on quality. We are particularly keen to hear from people with a background in Social Care. You will be able to apply your knowledge and experience to challenge and analyse information in an appropriate manner as well as being a great ambassador for Tricuro.

The ability to engage and build relationships with other key stakeholders both internally and externally will be key to our success. Strategic level experience in Finance, Risk, Quality Assurance, Client Experience would also be helpful. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to supporting the people and communities of Dorset.
