Interim Finance Director – Real Estate
BIE is working with a leading asset management company, who require an interim Finance Director to work within their real estate arm. We are looking to recruit an interim FD with prior experience within a real estate and/or asset management setting, to work on a specific project focused on building a finance function and implementing robust processes and procedures, which will then be used as a template for other businesses as the firm continues to grow.
You will be working alongside the Head of Finance and will be providing day to day support to the broader finance team when required.
This is a key finance leadership role, shaping and influencing the strategic direction of the finance team in the UK. As such you will be a self-starter who can lead through ambiguity and have a proven track record as a finance leader working in a real estate environment.
The role will likely run for 3 – 6 months and is paying £600 - £800 per day Ltd
