Technical Project Manager:

We are looking for an experienced, delivery focussed Technical Project Manager with expertise in integration activities.

The ideal candidate would be someone with:

  • a strong technical, software development/test background and an agile mindset.
  • expertise in coordinating integration activities in complex environments.
  • good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Essentia Skills

  • Strong technical skills and delivery focus- ability to understand complex integration requirements for multiple consuming applications (relying parties).
  • Good understanding of networking principles to identify and resolve connectivity issues on complex on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Ability to understand technical dependencies, constraints, issues and proactively drive them to resolution.
  • Experience working with Agile (SAFe) teams.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication with stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent reporting skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Take ownership of the integration workstream and act as a point of contact for multiple relying parties.
  • Facilitate workshops with the application owners and technical teams to elicit technical requirements.
  • Work closely with the IdAM technical teams to ensure these integration requirements are captured as tasks and planned into sprints.
  • Work with the Delivery Managers to plan integration and test activities in pre-prod and production environments with appropriate milestones.
  • Own, create and maintain a delivery plan for integration activities.
  • Report on the progress of integration activities across all consuming applications.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, Kerberos, OAuth and OIDC.
  • Experience with identity and access management
