Head of Finance Reporting to CEO London £120,000 plus equity/bonus

Clean drinking water, should be considered a basic human right, but sadly across the planet this is not the case.

My clients ambition is to change the status quo by delivering water treatment facilities to countries most in need.

The project is ambitious and a planned IPO to the LSE will generate significant funds to turn this project into reality.

We are joyfully tasked with identifying and recruiting a Head of Finance for the business who will report to and fully support the new CEO during this process.

We ideally would like to talk to candidates with an infrastructure or construction background with experience gained in a listed environment.

This role would suit a qualified accountant, ideally one who has been at least an FC in a listed company and is seeking a role which will lead to a full Finance Directorship in a listed vehicle.

I would ask applicants when submitting their cv to ensure a description of their present company is there, along with its market sector and turnover.

It would also be helpful if you were to indicate present notice period and package.
