Lean Project Manager - Quote to Cash/QTC/Q2C

Skills & Experience:

You will be responsible for the facilitation and governance activities associated with the transformation of the Quote to cash process across EMEA.

This role requires the candidate to be fluent in German and English languages
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years process improvement/business process optimisation experience
Demonstrated project/program governance and leadership experience
Must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma frameworks for process improvements and the use and application of problem solving techniques like DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagrams, Process Mapping
PMI, PRINCE or Agile certifications will be a benefit for this role
Ability to translate broad concepts into specific tasks and action plans
Ability to effectively handle pressure and the demands of deadlines and competing priorities
Experience in change management skills with the ability to construct implementation plans from recommendations
Excellent communication skills and ability to forge positive relationships within cross-functional teams
Strong use of Visio and skill in MS Office products
