Content Developer - Legacy System, Excel, Agile, Stakeholder Management, User Stories

Our Public Sector client is seeking a dynamic and articulate Content Developer with strong skills in analysing and documenting Legacy business changes.

As Content Developer, you will work with the business change owners to gather, develop and document process maps and requirements. Producing "as is" and "to be" business process maps.

You will also work with business change owners and suppliers (where required) to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and necessary information is available.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must are you will help issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Content Developer must be able to interpret legislation and write the Help Text and Pop-up tips in each section in plain English, avoiding any jargon. You will be required to use E-learning authoring tools - preferably Articulate Storyline and DominKnow

Skills and experience needed:

• Work alongside the business and an IT delivery team to provide essential business analysis resource for successful delivery of change initiatives on IPO's current process and systems.
• Be responsible for analysing existing and possible future ways of working, eliciting and documenting requirements and modelling processes in order to define and inform change and to ensure that outcomes are fit for purpose .
• Work in a multidisciplinary Agile team and also join an established community of Business Analysts.
• Requirements elicitation and documentation
• Agile methodology - ie creating user stories, writing acceptance criteria, three amigo sessions with developer and tester
• Process business mapping
• Strong business analysis skills
• Strong process engineering
• Strong stakeholder manager

Candidates must either have or be eligible for SC Clearance.

This iS an initial 3 month hybrid contract (remote and London) and is paying a rate of up to GBP515/day inside IR35.
