A boutique management consultancy are currently hiring a Change & Communications Manager to join them as they support their clients on, predominantly, Digital Transformations.

Requirements for the role:

  • Extensive experience in creating communications strategies for global transformation programmes, with Change Management methodologies underpinning these strategies
  • Led Change & Communications workstreams from end to end with proven successes
  • PROSCI or ADKAR understanding / experience ideally
  • Very strong stakeholder experience, across all levels within a business
  • Ideally have a consultancy background
