Interim Managing Director

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Managing Director to assist a previously owner-managed owner-run business that has recently changed ownership. This manufacturing business with a turnover of <£10million is currently providing manufacturing and engineering services to the transport and defence sectors.

The suitable candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Prior experience of delivering business improvements as an INTERIM Managing Director 
• Experience of working in small owner-managed, large corporates and PE-backed businesses
• Improving frequency and quality of financial and management reporting
• Reviewing contractual arrangements with clients based on changes to the market post covid
• Reviewing company KPI's and management of teams against KPI's
• Strong track record of business improvement in SME industrial manufacturing environment
