Description

I am currently recruiting for a Strategy Lead with an energy infrastructure business based in London. You will:

• Facilitate the development and regular refresh of the 10-year corporate strategy
• Managing the delivery of the annual 5-year development plan and its communication
• Working with colleagues to consider the potential outcomes of the energy system transition, the opportunities that may arise for the business and how to position the business to take advantage of these
• Working with colleagues to identify opportunities for the business to grow and deliver new and enhanced services to its customers and stakeholders.
• With others, facilitating discussions with Ofgem and other stakeholders to influence them to embrace an ambitious vision and purpose for a new licence period

Profile

You will have:

• Extensive practical experience of strategy development either gained in government, a regulator, consultancy or commercial business.
• Workshop design and delivery skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills - comfortable in delivering presentations up to and including Board level and owning the creation of materials which are suitable for external publication
• Highly collaborative style - able to interact with colleagues at all levels, across the organisation
• Well-organised - able to manage a number of tasks in parallel, whilst ensuring that these are completed to time and quality
• Good judgment - able to see the wood from the trees and readily extract what is important and relevant from a situation.
• A self-starter - persistent and resilient, able to motivate others around the business to contribute.

Job Offer

£63,000, car allowance and bonus
