Description

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Business Case Manager (Green book) for an infrastructure business. You will have:

  • Responsibility for development of the three stages of Her Majesty Treasury (HMTHMT ) Business Cases for major programmes (>£10m and typically around £1bn over lifetime of solutions) to HM Treasury Green Book Requirements including:
    • Development of Strategic Case - Identification and documentation of the 'Case'Case for Change'Change' including the capture of programme drivers and outcomes and supporting evidence;
    • Development of Economic Case - Identification, analysis and documentation of options with close support of Economic Modeller; and
    • Lead Author of other three cases (Commercial, Financial and Management), bringing together contributions from Subject Matter Experts (SMEsSMEs) across the business and presenting in one 'voice''voice'.

Profile

You will have:

  • Ability to demonstrate comprehensive experience in managing Business Cases (including HMTHMT Business Cases) for major investments
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Experience in developing and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent facilitation and organisational skills
  • Able to demonstrate leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to demonstrate negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution and assertiveness in order to build effective relationships.
  • The ability to explain complex issues concisely and clearly
  • Ability to coach, train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Job Offer

£70,000 - £75,000 PA DOE plus car allowance and bonus
