This business has a great reputation, and an exceptional scope of works which will commence in the Midlands comprising over £1bn. This leading contractor has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects which include commercial, student, retail, civil and industrial projects.

You will be leading a high profile project with an approximate value of £65m industrial unit. You will have an overall responsibility for the successful planning and closure of this flagship project.

The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Midlands and oversee their flagship project which is yet to be discussed in confidence. You will have a proven track record of overseeing large industrial, therefore industrial experience is key for this role.
