Role:  Chief People Officer

Salary: up to £130,000 – dependent on experience.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has been set up to provide health security for the nation from infectious disease and external hazards including radiation and chemical incidents, and biological weapons.  It will take action to mitigate threats to health when they materialise, ensuring a system-wide response in partnership with local authorities, NHS, academia, global professional institutes, and industry. UKHSA will evolve and strengthen the UK’s health protection system and have a strong role in global health security, and excellence in scientific and intellectual leadership. It will be a trusted source of advice to government and to the public, and have strong relationships across local and national government, the NHS and global partners. 

UKHSA pulls together the very best of our health partners, Public Health England, NHS Test and Trace as well as the Joint Biosecurity Centre (JBC) with a workforce of c11,500 people with a current operating budget of c£15bn.
