Description
You will be a leader and role model for the company values, vision and mission, actively influencing a positive working environment in your managed teams.
You will work closely with the CEO to secure strategic partners, launch initiatives and build high performance teams that deliver value for the organisation
You will provide strategy, leadership and development for all levels of the companies Trading, Sales, Marketing and electrical Engineering functions
There will be an expectation that you will supervise general operations, ensuring governance is being managed across all areas such as finance, legal and compliance
You will manage and monitor the company P&L, identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement with Team Leads. Coupled with this, you will evaluate business performance and form recommendations that support commercial objectives
Lastly, you will present to and interact with the Board of Directors
Profile
The successful candidate MUST have recent experience working within a green energy or renewable organisation, ideally having specialised in this sector in recent years.
Coupled with this is an excellent understanding of the relationship between Trading, Sales, Marketing and hands-on delivery teams - it is expected that you have led at least one or all of those functions at Director/VP level.

Job Offer
